7K a year Doylestown Health Care Center is seeking candidates to join our team as a Restorative Nurse Aide.
The Restorative Nurse Aides Provide direct care to nursing home residents, primarily for their activities of daily living, but also to include some medical care.
Restorative STNA
Responsibilities:
Take and record vital signs.
Measure and record height and weight, intake, and output.
Care for the residents' environment.
Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting.
Assist with eating and hydration.
Observe residents' skin when administering care and reports changes to licensed nurse; provide skin care as needed.
Meet residents' mental health and social service needs.
Change linens on residents' bed.
Assist in passing out fresh ice water to residents.
Pass food trays to individual residents in accordance with the diet card on the tray.
Restorative STNA
Qualifications:
STNA with 6 months experience in long term care preferred.
Flexibility to cover as needed, including some weekends and holidays.
Must be state tested, have recent nurse aide training completion certificate Previous experience working in direct care services preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
